The red button with the down arrow will enable download or play of that song. You would left click to play, right click to download and save.

The gold button with the right arrow will enable the song to stream, meaning that it will play before the download is complete. The gold button requires an internet connection in excess of 128 kb/s and will play the song in Stereo HiFi.
If you are using a modem, the gold button will not function properly and the song will be broken up as it plays.
